Ashwagandha KSM-66 is a fusion of two words derived from Sanskrit - "ashva" meaning horse and "ganda" meaning strength. ‘Horse strength’ refers to the powerful effects that the plant possesses. Ashwagandha KSM-66 is an organic quality root extract with the highest concentration of the full spectrum of active ingredients on the market, while preserving all of the herb's natural constituents in their original balance. It contains the highest percentage of the active ingredient withanolide (up to 5%) of all currently available extracts derived exclusively from the root.  Ashwagandha acts complexly due to containing withanolides, tropane alkaloids, glycosides, lactones, glycine, alanine, proline, substances of steroidal nature, tryptophan, and cystine, as well as a large number of minerals and trace elements, such as iron.

It is produced using a unique extraction process based on the principles of "green chemistry" without the use of alcohol or any other chemical solvent. Ashwagandha is probably the most researched adaptogenic plant ever and has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for over 2500 years. Adaptogens are a group of herbs that help the body cope with stress. In times of increased stress (physical, mental, or emotional), adaptogens help to normalise physiological processes in the body and help it to adapt properly.

DOSAGE:
