FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS IS EVERYTHING THAT YOU MAKE REALLY NATURAL?
Yes! We use the finest natural ingredients we can find. This includes herbs, extract, butters, clay, sea salts, and natural oils. Even our hyaluronic acid is special it goes though the natural fermentation process to create different weight molecule. The only synthetic ingredient is retinol in the night oil: Sleeping beauty for its unquestionable benefits. In other products we have replaced it with natural substitute Bakuchiol so it could be used even during the day.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?
With the exception of honey lip balms and buttermilk masks and bath soaks. Our line is 100% vegan with no animal testing whatsoever. We love animals, and it is very important for us to stay cruelty-free.
WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR MATERIALS FROM?
We source our ingredients from around the world with respect for our natural environment and its resources, carefully selecting only the purest, most vibrant, raw and unrefined ingredients in organic quality from only the most trusted sources who share our ethics and values. We try to outsource locally whenever possible and we always check with our supplier that the ingredients are from sustainable resources. That is why you will never any palm oil.
ARE THE PRODUCTS CRYSTAL INFUSED?
Our exquisite skin potions are infused and amplified with the high vibrational, healing energies of crystals and gemstones. Crystals have been valued and used for their healing capabilities for centuries. Each one has its own different vibration and healing energy that balance the body and mind, harmonizing us both inside and out.

DO YOU USE PLASTIC IN YOUR PACKAGING?
NO! We are strictly against using plastic. We only use glass packaging that is recyclable and often reusable. Plus we reward points in our loyalty program for every returned glass packaging.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOU PRODUCTS?
Since our products are truly all-natural and we do not use any unnatural preservatives at all, our products do have a shelf life of typically 6 months after opening. If our products are kept out of direct sunlight and at room temperature or below, they will stay fresher longer. All of our oil based products are totally preservative free, water based products are formulated with lower PH to prevent bacterial growth, with a combination of Ecocert approved Pentylene Glycol or Sodium Levulinate with Sodium Anisate. These are not classified as a preservative as such, and allows the manufacturer to state preservative free claims for their finished products. The product’s active principle is a blend of compounds found in many plants in nature. We also use natural Vitamin E in some of our products to extend the natural shelf life and keep the oils in their freshest and most potent form.
WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO APPLY FACIAL OIL? CAN I WEAR MAKEUP OVER FACIAL OIL?
We recommend applying our facial oils after cleansing and toning, morning and night. The facial oils can be used alongside or in place of a moisturizer or in combination with the serum. Your face does not need to be completely dry to apply facial oil, in fact, it is helpful and increases fast absorption and spreadability if your face is slightly damp.You can wear makeup over facial oil. Let your skin absorb the oils for 3–5 minutes before applying makeup since the oil does need time to sink in. If your skin feels oily after this, you are using too much facial oil. If your skin feels dry and you want more moisture, you are probably not using enough facial oil. The oil should absorb fully and not leave any greasy/oily feeling at all. Your skin will feel hydrated and soft/smooth after applying the correct amount. Most people need 3-5 drops — please adjust accordingly to your skin’s individual needs. For maximum effect mix the oil with serum to create your own cream.
WHAT ORDER DO I APPLY THE SKINCARE PRODUCTS IN?
We made it easy for you, just follow the numbers! Start by cleansing your face with our double phase cleansing oil and wash (0+1). Follow with the botanical mask or peeling (2) and lovely touch of refreshing toner (3), which will help to remove any impurities remaining after cleansing, tighten pores, and prepare your face for better moisture absorption. Apply a few drops of hydrating essence (4) to give skin a deep hydration and big dosage of vitamin C. Follow with one of our facial serum (5) and facial oil of your choice (6) wait 3 to 5 minutes before few spritz of our facial mists to finish the face ritual. Now you are ready for some sun protection with at least of 20 SPF which could be in your BB cream or makeup.
